Online Orders

When you place an order in the Graduva online store, it means you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions.

Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation. After this confirmation, you will receive an email.
We use PayPal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer as payment methods.

Regarding order processing, shipping is done within 24 working hours. However, some occasional delays may occur that are beyond our control. For Portugal – mainland and islands – the shipping cost is €5 for orders with a value less than €35. For orders over €35, shipping costs are free. If you want shipping to another country in the European Union, please contact us and we will find the best solution.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if it contains false information.

Exchanges and Returns

If you wish to exchange or return your order, please contact us at: info@graduva.com.
You can only return your order if the packaging is unopened and completely pristine. You must always return it in the original packaging and as soon as we receive the order, we will proceed with the refund.

You can return or exchange your product within 30 days of the purchase date.
