We may, at our discretion, commercially grant the User/Customer the right to return or exchange an item purchased that has no defect or non-conformity.

This is a commercial and discretionary prerogative of Graduva.

This means that the User/Customer is not entitled to demand the application of an exchange or return in cases of products that do not have a defect or lack of conformity, as set out above, and it is at our discretion to approve the exchange or return on a case-by-case basis.

In your communication, you must include the order number and send the respective proof, you must also send proof of payment and justify the refund request.

We will analyse your request and respond within 72 business hours.

Please note that you can only return the item if it has not been opened or damaged and is in its original packaging.

In no case will we accept requests for returns or exchanges of goods delivered more than 30 (thirty) days ago.

In cases of acceptance of returns under this point, the assignment of a voucher for use on goods on this website or, alternatively, the refund of the price of the good is at our discretion.

In cases where we opt for a refund of the price, this will foreseeably take place within 15 business days.

If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the card itself.

If payment was made using one of the other methods available at the time of purchase, and it is not possible to make the refund via the respective original payment method, the customer will be asked, by email, to provide the bank account details to which they wish the amount to be refunded to be transferred.

In cases where we grant a refund of the price in cash, the Customer may, however, choose to be reimbursed with a voucher or discount coupon for use on our website.

We reserve the right to only process exchanges or refunds upon receipt of the products, in perfect condition, at our premises located in Zona Industrial de Arroteia, Pedralva 3780-177 São Lourenço do Bairro.

Under no circumstances can we be charged for any costs of returning purchased products, which shall remain the responsibility of the Customer.
