1. Where?

The items presented on our website are available for delivery anywhere in the world.

However, the ability to ship the order may be limited by the existence and availability of international transport services to the location in question.

We cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of shipping or delivering an order resulting from the non-existence of postal delivery services to the destination, reserving the right to cancel the order prior to its shipment. In this case, a refund of the amount paid will be granted to the customer. The User/Customer expressly accepts that, in such cases, they are not entitled to any other compensation.

Customer data must be fully and correctly filled in. Incorrect or incomplete completion may result in the non-shipment of the order or prevent successful shipment and delivery, for which we cannot be held responsible.

All changes made to your account after placing an order will not be taken into consideration for that order, but only for future orders you place.

We are not responsible for the impossibility of delivery resulting from the lack, incompleteness, or error of the data provided by the Customer/User.

The User/Customer must, in the “Observations” field, when completing the purchase, indicate, for transport and delivery purposes, reference points that allow identifying the delivery location. In the absence of these elements, we cannot be held responsible for any failure or error in delivery resulting from the insufficient characterization of the delivery location, with all costs and losses borne by the User/Customer.

It is essential for someone to be present to receive your order. We will not be responsible, nor will we bear any costs, for non-delivery resulting from the non-compliance with this duty.

For greater convenience, you can request that your order be sent to another address of your preference. Make sure you enter the complete address, as well as a contact name (if different) and mobile number to facilitate the immediate delivery of your order.

If no one is at the indicated address to receive the order within the defined schedule, and delivery cannot be completed, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order, nor for any costs associated with reshipment or eventual damages.

Orders destined for Portugal and Spain will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer/User, within the previously defined schedule.

If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, a second attempt will be made. If both fail, the order will be returned to the sender.

European Union countries, Switzerland, and Australia

Orders destined for European Union countries, Switzerland, and Australia will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer/User within the previously defined schedule.

When the Recipient is a Legal Entity
When the recipient is a legal entity, three delivery attempts will be made, after which the order will be returned to the sender.

When the Recipient is an Individual
When the recipient is an individual, a single delivery attempt will be made.
If this fails, the order will be placed at a nearby access point for the Customer/User, for a period of 6 days, after which the order will be returned to the sender.
The Customer/User will receive an email or telephone message, from the carrier or us, indicating the location for collecting the order.
If the order is not collected within the allotted time, we consider the definitive impossibility of delivering the product, without the right to any refund or compensation.

United Kingdom and United States of America (USA)

Orders destined for the United Kingdom and USA will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer/User within the previously defined schedule.

If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, a second attempt will be made.

If both fail, the order will be returned to the sender.

In general:

It may be possible for the carrier to attempt to contact the number provided on the purchase order to arrange another delivery time/date, so we suggest you stay alert.

If "Hand Delivery" to the User/Customer or someone at the address indicated by them is not possible, in countries that allow it, the so-called "Door Delivery" will be carried out, with the order being placed at the door of the address indicated by the Customer/User, if it is a safe and sheltered place. In this situation, delivery attempts do not apply. In this case, we are not responsible for any loss, misplacement, or damage after proven delivery.

In any circumstance, whenever the product is delivered after the deadline, we are not responsible for its quality, characteristics, conditions, and presentation.

2. When?

We will only dispatch any order after confirming the respective payment.

After payment and order confirmation, we will dispatch the order within 1 to 3 business days, counted from the day following the completion of the order (receipt of payment), except for festive periods or exceptional circumstances.

To get the products to our Customers, we use the services of third-party carriers. Thus, some delays beyond our control may occur.

Orders for delivery in Portugal:

For shipments made to Portugal (mainland and islands), shipping is free for orders over 50.00 Euros (fifty euros).

Standard shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, costs 5.00 Euros (five euros).

Express shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 business days after dispatch, costs 7.50 Euros (seven euros and fifty cents).

Orders for delivery in the European Union:

Standard shipping to other countries within the European Union costs 15.00 Euros (fifteen euros), with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 6 business days from dispatch.

Express shipping to other European Union countries costs 50.00 Euros (fifty euros), with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 business days from dispatch.

Orders for the United Kingdom:

For the United Kingdom, the shipping cost is determined based on the weight of the order.

Orders weighing up to 5kg cost 30.00 Euros (thirty euros).

Orders from 5.1kg to 10kg cost 40.00 Euros (forty euros).

Orders over 10 kg cost 60.00 Euros (sixty euros).

The estimated delivery time for orders shipped to the United Kingdom varies between 8 to 15 business days, counted from the dispatch date.

Orders for other countries outside Europe:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the order.

This amount is always indicated in the shopping cart when validating the purchase.

Orders outside the European Union may be randomly selected for customs verification.

In these cases, the import value is always the customer's responsibility, and they are responsible for the customs clearance process and respective costs.

In the case of orders during festive seasons and/or eventual stock shortages, the previously indicated deadlines will not be applicable, and the User/Customer will be duly informed of specific changes through a banner located at the top of the website.

3. How?

Your items will always be transported in appropriate packaging to ensure they arrive at the recipient in perfect condition.

Our products are, as a rule, fragile and may suffer damage during transport. Although we are not responsible for such occurrences, we will, whenever possible, try to resolve such situations as quickly as possible, trying to minimize the customer's loss in any possible way.

4. Other conditions:

We reserve the right not to ship your items in the event of specific weather conditions that we deem unsuitable and that may somehow compromise the good quality and presentation of the product. In that case, we will notify you as soon as possible.

During these periods of unfavorable weather conditions for the transport of our products, the Terms and Conditions, in the corresponding part, as well as the aforementioned delivery times, do not apply. The Customer will be duly informed of specific changes through a banner located at the top of our website.

Some of the data provided (Name, Address, Postal Code, City, Contact) will be shared with the partner responsible for the Transport service to enable the delivery of purchases made online. As a rule, you will only be contacted if there is a problem with the delivery.

Your data will not be used for any other purpose.

5. Order cancellation:

Without prejudice to all conditions already described, we reserve the right, without charges, to cancel the order, whenever:

There is incorrectly published information on the website, including those related to prices and sales with price reduction;

There is an out-of-stock product;

There is an impossibility of obtaining payment authorization;

There are signs of a fraudulent order.

In this case, you will be immediately contacted by our services and reimbursed for any amounts you have paid.

The User/Customer expressly accepts that, in such cases, they have no other rights.

At our discretion, we may, commercially, grant the User/Customer the right to return or exchange a purchased item that has no defects or non-conformities.

This is a Graduva commercial and discretionary prerogative.

This means that the User/Customer is not entitled to demand an exchange or return in cases of products that do not have defects or non-conformities, as stated above, and it is at our discretion to approve the exchange or return on a case-by-case basis.

In your communication, you must state the order number and send the respective proof, and you must also send the proof of payment and justify the refund request.

We will analyze your request and respond within 72 business hours.

Please note that you can only return the item if it has not been opened or damaged and is in its original packaging.

In no case will we accept requests for the return or exchange of goods whose delivery occurred more than 30 (thirty) days ago.

In cases where a return is accepted under the terms of this point, it is at our discretion to assign a voucher value for use on goods on this website or, alternatively, to refund the price of the good.

In cases where we opt for a price refund, it will foreseeably take place within 15 business days.

If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the card itself.

If payment was made using one of the other methods available at the time of purchase, and it is not possible to process the refund through the respective original payment method, the customer will be asked, by email, to provide bank account details to which they wish the amount to be refunded to be transferred.
