Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon Graduva avocado oil
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Ice to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the spinach, banana, avocado, and pineapple.
  2. Add the Graduva avocado oil and coconut water.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add ice if desired and blend again.
  5. Serve in a large glass and enjoy this refreshing and nutritious smoothie!
