Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 tablespoon Graduva avocado oil
- 1 cup coconut water
- Ice to taste
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the spinach, banana, avocado, and pineapple.
- Add the Graduva avocado oil and coconut water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice if desired and blend again.
